Facing an unplanned pregnancy is not easy. Your best possible course of action: Get information. Know your options. Learn the facts about those options. This is a big decision. Maybe you’re feeling pressured; don’t let anyone rush you. Give yourself the time to make an informed decision.

I am interested in parenting:
Especially if you are going to be a parent for the first time, you may have a lot of questions. Our PLANS (Parenting Lessons and Nurturing Supplies) is designed to give you support. This is a unique opportunity to learn how to be a parent as well as earning the resources and supplies you will need for your baby. Because dads are an important piece of the puzzle, we also offer the PLANS program to them through our DadLINE program.
I am interested in making an adoption plan:
Perhaps you feel unsure about how to navigate the process and wonder what steps to take. We can provide more information, referrals and answer questions. At any time during your pregnancy, we can connect you with a birth parent peer counselor that can assist you in making your own adoption plan.
I am interested in abortion:
Your first step is to confirm pregnancy. We offer lab-certified pregnancy tests as well as free limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm viable intrauterine pregnancy. All of our services are confidential and offered at no cost.
As with all pregnancy-related medical needs, it’s important to talk to your doctor before making a decision. If you do not have a doctor, Lifeline can provide you with a referral for a doctor or for insurance. Although Lifeline does not perform abortions or refer for abortions, we are here to listen and help. You don’t have to make this choice alone; however, you have the final say. We are dedicated to providing you with the support you need to make a decision for yourself.
